Ostrich Carpaccio with aged balsamic and an unforgettable Gnocchi
with four cheese sauce.

of unforgettable taste sensations including Rocky Mountain Smoked
Trout, Grilled Elk tenderloin in blueberry sauce and Grilled
Salmon club sandwiches.
