Gourmet
Week is an original concept created
by Shelly and I over Thanksgiving Dinner in 1999.
Shelly
and I thought that the integration of an Authentic Western
Dude Ranch Vacation with savory culinary delights prepared
by renowned Chefs would help showcase the changing of
the aspens and welcome Fall to the Colorado Rocky Mountains
at our beautiful Ranch. Gourmet Week is now an annual
celebration at the Powderhorn Ranch.
 The
Powderhorn Ranch is surrounded by 1.4 million acres of
National Forest and BLM Land & backs up to over 64,000
acres of the Powderhorn Primitive Wilderness.
During
Gourmet Week, Celebrity Chefs from all over the Country
converge on the Powderhorn Ranch to prepare sumptuous,
original cuisine creations and share fellowship with
our guests.
During
their stay, the Chefs and our Guests enjoy all the adventures
offered by the Powderhorn Ranch. Our Guests get to mingle
with these culinary celebrities on a daily basis!
Our
Ranch adventures during Gourmet Week include; hiking,
World Class fishing, Jeep tours, nightly western entertainment,
Horse rides and much more!
After
a full day of Gourmet food, riding and western activities,
you may choose to unwind in our heated pool and Jacuzzi
or relax with friends on the Ross Lodge porch.
Powderhorn
Ranch Owners - Shelly & Greg Williams, and their capable,
experienced Staff are your hosts for the week. Shelly and
Greg Williams are dedicated to providing an Authentic Western
Dude Ranch Vacation for all of our Guests. With the aid
of their excellent staff, Greg and Shelly offer an environment
where you will not only enjoy fantastic Gourmet Food each
meal of each day, but where you are certain to make life-long
friends.
 The
Powderhorn Ranch atmosphere is secluded, personal, and
friendly - showcased in a beautiful Rocky Mountain setting.
Gourmet
Week at the Powderhorn Ranch is only
$1,650.00 per person for the entire week. That includes
all food, lodging, beverages, wines AND your fantastic
Ranch adventures!
